The short version: no tracking, no advertising cookies, and we only use what you send us to reply to you.

Who we are

This website is run by Deckchair FM, in Tenerife, Spain. You can reach us at hello@deckchairfm.com or through the contact page.

What the contact form collects

When you send a message, a request or a pitch, we receive what you type: your name, your email address if you give it, and your message, plus a song, a dedication, a business name, a phone number or a link where the form asks for them. It reaches us by email. We use it to reply, to play your request, or to talk to you about advertising or a show, and nothing else. We delete it when we no longer need it.

What stays on your device

The site remembers your volume and whether you prefer schedule times in Tenerife or your own time zone. These are saved in your browser, never sent to us, and you can clear them with your browser's settings. We don't use cookies.

Outside services

The weather on the homepage comes from Open-Meteo. Your browser asks them for the forecast directly, so they see your IP address, as any website you visit does.
The music is played from our own server.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you've sent us. Just get in touch. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
